To create a high-quality business environment, Beijing E-Town rolled out implementation of the joint issue of business licenses and operating permits, the first in Beijing.

The joint issue of business licenses and operating permits means that when market entities apply for business license-related registrations, they change the traditional processing mode of "multiple forms of application, multiple window acceptance" for licenses. 

For relevant business licensing matters, one-time acceptance, simultaneous processing, and parallel processing are implemented, which greatly reduces the transaction costs, links, materials, and time limits.

After three months, the joint issue has realized "one-time reporting, parallel approval, and one-time settlement", greatly facilitating  business operations.
